Michelin-guiden gir hyllest til det katalanske kjøkkenet
Den anerkjente røde guiden fortsetter å hylle Catalonias restauranter. I den siste utgaven har de 54 utvalgte restaurantene oppnådd totalt 68 stjerner. I år har restaurantene Caelis og Enigma fra Barcelona og Castell de Perelada i Girona-provinsen kommet på listen, mens Disfrutar og Dos Cielos, begge i Barcelona, har lagt til stjerne nummer to, og Àbac som også ligger i Barcelona har fått sin tredje stjerne. Det er for tiden fire restauranter i Catalonia med tre Michelin-stjerner: Àbac (Barcelona), El Celler de Can Roca (Girona), Lasarte (Barcelona) og Sant Pau (Sant Pol de Mar).
